Challenges

dogIDS had previously worked with a few PPC management agencies that managed their accounts.  They often faced challenges balancing revenue in paid search, returning on ad spend in their competitive niche, and reaching their overall goals.  Over time, their account structure became disorganized and difficult to manage. dogIDs sought out for an agency that could help increase their return on ad spend, generate more revenue and get their account back on track. 

Strategy

 Our initial strategy for dogIDs began with optimizing and restructuring their Google Adwords account in order to give us the best opportunity for success. We started with large efforts of analyzing historical search terms, category and product performance. Then, we built and segmented their Google Shopping campaigns and structuring campaigns in a way that allowed for better bid and budget management.  

After a few months, we saw a significant increase in return on ad spend and revenue. We then expanded our strategy to Bing Ads and Yahoo Gemini and increased return on ad spend by 32%.
