Prairie St. John’s is a psychiatric facility offering services for children, adolescents and adults to address mental health issues, chemical dependency addiction or co-occurring disorders.

Challenges

Prairie St. John’s was specifically looking for an agency that could help them increase their number of recruited registered nurses. Due to the type of industry they’re in and location, Prairie St. John’s  was struggling to reach their goal of not only hired registered nurses but the number of applicants coming through their website and job search engines.

Strategy

Before formulating any digital strategies, we uncovered that the existing application process was not user-friendly. The process was instead extensive and caused many potential applicants to abandon the process altogether after only a few minutes.  In order to fix this issue, we created and designed a new landing page that simplified this process drastically. Once the process was optimized, we then launched a comprehensive recruiting/marketing strategy on Google search and Facebook. After around two months, we increased their monthly RN applicants by 525%!
